Caritas Chong Yuet Ming Secondary School is a Catholic secondary school under the auspices of Caritas–Hong Kong.
The School was established in 1969, with its original campus located in Tin Wan.
In 1973, the School became a government-aided secondary school.
With the generous financial support of the Li Ka Shing Foundation, the new school campus at Wah Fu Estate was completed and officially opened on 1 January 1997.
In recognition of the generosity of Dr Li Ka-shing, the School was renamed Caritas Chong Yuet Ming Secondary School in memory of his wife, Mrs Li Chong Yuet Ming.
